“Our first call to Lynn Olear was for her to help us find an apartment to rent, which evolved into searching for a condo, which further evolved into the search for the perfect second home in the city of Rochester. Lynn was so full of energy, information, and ideas that we were always encouraged we would find just the right home for us. After looking at 45 homes, number 46 was “the” home and Lynn’s expertise and experience was so appreciated, as we negotiated the agreement, mortgage, and grants from the city. If she didn’t have an answer to our questions, she found out, and returned calls very promptly. We are convinced that we have our dream home due to Lynn’s support and diligence.
